This 45+ acre property with over 2000 ft of shoreline has a grand main lodge (Mary Hill), three lovely homes and a cute apartment offering lots of privacy and relaxation. All our weekly rentals run Friday to Friday. Each home will have free exclusive use of two or more electric golf carts and the apartment gets one cart to navigate the property while you are here. A complimentary fleet of five boats are yours to use during your stay with us - you just pay for the gasoline. We also have four SeaDoo personal watercraft and an Air Nautique 220 wakeboard boat for rent. The immaculately manicured lawns, over-the-top beach, gorgeous floral gardens, and serene walking paths make Brentwood a true paradise on the north end of Big Chippewa Lake.
When not relaxing on the spectacular beach or in a boat, don't think the fun ends there. At Brentwood, you never have to leave the peace and privacy of estate living. It's your time to be spoiled not only with the ambiance at Brentwood, but with endless spectacular amenities put in place to make your stay priceless. Stay fit by exploring the scenic walking trails or playing a game of tennis on our beautiful court. Get the whole family involved in a sand volleyball or shuffleboard game. If it's raining, no worries, take the fun inside by watching your favorite flick in the state of the art movie theater or challenge your favorite person to a game of billiards. Feeling nostalgic, check out the 50's themed Malt Shop and sip on a Root Beer Float or one of our other creamy ice cream choices. Whether this is a family vacation, office escape, or corporate retreat, come spend the week of a lifetime with us at Brentwood!!
Big Chip is known for it's crystal clear waters, good fishing, and unforgettable water sports. Kids can catch sunnies and crappie all day long right under the docks. The lake is 1175 acres (approximately 3 miles long and 3/4 miles wide) and 98 feet deep. It consistently ranks as one of the clearest lakes in Douglas County. Recent DNR reports list Big Chip's clarity at 11 ft. That means you can see the bottom in eleven feet of water. WOW!!!
